Any client may send a complaint to the attention of the General Management of STAM France Investment Managers:

STAM France Investment Managers undertakes to acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 10 days of the date of receipt of the complaint and to process it within two months of the date of receipt. The person responsible for handling complaints is the RCCI of STAM France Investment Managers.

In the event that the response provided is not entirely satisfactory, the customer may refer the matter to the AMF mediation service:
