Our commitments, our responsibility

STAM’s business is focused on the responsible creation of value not only for our investor clients, but also for the occupiers of our assets and for all players in the real estate value chain.

The correlation between social and environmental performance and financial performance enables us, through the inclusion of sustainable development criteria, to strengthen financial performance over the medium/long term and preserve asset values over time.

In 2022, STAM hired Green Soluce (now CBRE) to audit its operations and help define its ESG strategy and action plan up to 2026.

An approach that is embedded in all our day-to-day activities

Culture and values of the Company

STAM is committed to ensuring the satisfaction, well-being and safety of its tenants and employees. It conducts an annual satisfaction survey among tenants and employees, and implements improvement actions to achieve the highest possible level of satisfaction.

We continually seek to train and develop the skills of our employees, and to increase their social commitment by participating in the choice of associations/charities for STAM to support each year and by organizing team events in support of associations that work for causes close to their hearts.

In 2023, STAM has chosen to support the associations Toit à Moi and La S.P.A. STAM recognizes the importance of diversity and equality and has always worked to ensure an environment of tolerance, trust and freedom of expression of differences between its employees.

In 2023, STAM organized a collective intelligence workshop, the Diversity Fresco, for its team, to raise awareness about issues of discrimination and inclusion. Work-life balance is a key factor in the attractiveness of the company and the fulfillment of its employees. We encourage this balance and strive to create a friendly, cohesive working environment.

In 2024, STAM carried out a mission with the YouCare association, an NGO created in 2020 specializing in animal protection and the protection of biodiversity.

The STAM team spent a full day working on the rehabilitation of the Demeure Monday, which will be a place of welcome for people in extremely precarious situations, and on land depollution and plants replanting work to contribute to the association’s reforestation mission.
