Investment Manager
Armand is Investment Manager in the acquisition team and has been at STAM Europe since September 2018. He focuses on logistics, light industrial and office investments. He is in charge of the acquisitions and is involved in the sourcing of opportunities, cash-flow projections, preparation of investment memorandums and due diligence materials. He has been involved in developing and investing in more than 15 transactions totaling approximately €500m. He holds the Master Grande Ecole of NEOMA BS and the Real Estate Management master’s degree from Paris-Dauphine University.
