Samantha is Deputy CEO and oversees investor services at STAM Europe. For the past 10 years, she has been responsible for investor client relations as well as the development, marketing and capital raising for new investment strategies. Since 2022 she is co-heading the ESG team to define and implement STAM Europe’s socially responsible investment strategy. Samantha has 24 years of experience in the real estate and hospitality industries. Prior to joining STAM Europe, she spent 10 years with CBRE Global Investors where she was responsible for marketing and capital raising for the firm’s global range of investment programs. She also developed and coordinated the capital raising efforts for new European real estate investment funds and was responsible for investor client relations in Europe and a member of the European Management Board. Samantha began her career with HVS International and then Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in hospitality consulting. She graduated with a B.Sc. from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
